Applicants will need to provide clear pictures/scans of their original documents - diplomas or degree certificates and transcripts (marksheets) of records (preferably the year by year list of subjects with dates and hours or credits). These documents can be securely emailed here or uploaded on our site. Non-English documents require certified translations to English. If translations are not provided by the applicant, we can provide certified translations within 1-2 days.

CredentialEvaluations.org provides two types of evaluation reports:

General Evaluation ($75)

A General evaluation identifies and describes the awarding institution, the educational system within the country attended, the admission requirements for the degree, the program type, date of graduation, certificate/diploma/degree earned, and certification of the U.S. (or Canadian) equivalency assessment. A General evaluation is appropriate for proof of high school diploma (GED), undergraduate admission, general statement of degree completion for employment, military enlistment or immigration purposes.

Course by Course Evaluation ($99 for high school or $139 per post-secondary)

A Course by Course evaluation includes all aspects of the General evaluation as well as the list of subjects studied, individual grade conversion into U.S. (or Canadian) grading system, and calculation of both the Grade Point Average (GPA) and credits earned. A Course by Course evaluation report is usually required for any type of continuing education (except vocational colleges), and is strongly recommended for immigration applications.

Certified Translation ($24.99/page)

We are American Translator Association members and translate documents, credentials, diplomas and transcripts from any language into English for the low price of $24.99 per page (up to 250 words per page). Our translations accurately identify degrees, diplomas and certificates, and are certified as to accuracy. Mailing of the originally notarized translation is included with your evaluation order.
